Laboratory working hours during the Christmas and New Year period.
2024.12.18	Samples are accepted as usual.
2024.12.19	Food and water samples are not accepted.
2024.12.20 - 2024.12.27	Samples are not accepted.
2024.12.30 - 2024.12.31	Food samples are accepted as. Water samples are not accepted.
2025.01.01	Laboratory are closed.

When taking samples, it is necessary to indicate - DATE AND TIME OF COLLECTION, because according to the requirements:

Examinations of washings and sponges must be started no later than 6 p.m. from sampling;
Water enterococci tests must be started no later than 6:00 a.m. from sampling;
Water legionella and yeast/mold tests must be started no later than 48 hours later. from sampling;
Other microbiological tests of water must be started no later than 12 o'clock. from sampling;
Food microbiological tests must be started no later than 24 hours. from sampling;
To deliver samples to the laboratory for chemical water testing in the shortest possible time.

Otherwise, the test report will contain a note "More than xx hours passed between sample collection and the start of the test, this may have affected the results of the tests."

Samples are accepted on working days until 12:00, except for cases where the order has been agreed in advance and the order documents have been submitted or the order has been placed on the online LIMS.

From October 1 we do not accept paper sample acts. We only accept acts sent electronically in word, pdf versions.
